Nelin De La Cruz was born in the Dominican Republic, grew up in Puerto Rico and lived more than 20 years in the Netherlands Antilles, Curacao, Aruba and San Marteen. In addition to being a successful Real Estate Associate, Nelin holds a Mathematics degree from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, has a Civil Engineering degree from UNPHU University of the Dominican Republic, and has experience in ownership of various international businesses. She is a member of Greater Tampa Realtors and NAR. She is charitable and philanthropic to her native country. Nelin, is always positive in the face of the challenges that day to day gives us. He likes to give a word of hope to those who ask him, making him understand that everything in life happens for the good of oneself. I treat my clients respectfully but with great affection and I am blessed that after buying their property my friends stay. Nelin resides in Wesley Chapel and is a proud mother of three grown children. His two daughters are bankers in Curaçao and his youngest son has a degree in Finance and Accounting (CPA) at Ernst & Young, LLC in Philadelphia. Nelin enjoys reading a good book, meditating, walking, exercising, dining with friends, and sharing her love of nature and animals with her family and friends. Nelin De La Cruz nació en la República Dominicana creció en Puerto Rico y vivió más de 20 años en las Antillas Holandesas, Curacao, Aruba y San Marteen. Además de ser una éxitosa asociada de Bienes y Raíces, Nelin es licencia de Matemática por la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, tiene un título de lngeniería Civil de la Universidad UNPHU de la República Dominicana y tiene experiencia en posesión de varios negocios a nivel internacional. Ella es miembro de Greater Tampa Realtors y NAR. Ella es caritativa y filantrópica con su patria natal. Nelin, siempre esta positiva frente a los retos que nos da el dia a dia. Le gusta dar una palabra de esperanza a quien se lo pida, haciendole entender que todo en la vida sucede para el bien de uno mismo. Sus dos hijas son banquera en Curaçao y su hijo menor tiene una carrera en Finanzas y Contabilidad(CPA) en la firma Ernst & Young,LLC en Filadelfia. A Nelin le gusta leer un buen libro, meditar, caminar, hacer ejercicio, cenar con amigos y compartir su amor por la naturaleza y los animales con su familia y amigos.
