About Nancy

Real Estate has been a passion for over two decades. After a successful career in medical device sales, I relocated to Florida from Colorado in 2004. My husband and I purchased two homes to remodel, and I loved the process of demolition and rebuilding to “like new” condition. I learned a lot about construction in that process and it has helped me in my new career as a REALTOR®. I work primarily with the Active Adult Communities in the South Shore area of metro Tampa. Namely, Sun City Center, Apollo Beach, and Wimauma. My background in medical sales, social services, teaching and city planning provides a great skill set to build a successful real estate business. As a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I understand the special needs of this age demographic and routinely provide extra services that are over and above the norm. My motto is “Moving You Forward With Ease”. My mission in every transaction whether working with buyers or sellers is to make the transition as easy and seamless as possible. I have successfully helped nearly 500 clients in the process.

There is nothing more rewarding as a REALTOR® than to help a client through a transitional phase of their life. Whether buying or selling, it is an emotional process. I am sensitive to the needs of such life-changing decisions. It is my priority to act in my client’s best interest by providing transparency and the necessary facts and information to assist in their decision-making process. I take the time to get to know their individual needs to create a range of options that will best achieve their goals and support them through all steps of the process. With a long career in sales and negotiation, I strive to make the best deal for their needs. Once the transaction is over, I continue to support clients in a resource capacity as their REALTOR® for life.
