About Jennifer

Jennifer, or preferably just "Jenn", began her love of homes and real estate journey in 2004.  She followed the footsteps of her grandmother, whom worked with builders in the early days of forming what a Realtor is today, and her mother, who started and owned her own brokerage in Florida in the 1980’s.  Jenn earned her real estate license in 2004 and her first clients from her mom. She quickly found herself leading a team of agents, and became a multi-million dollar producer in her first couple years of business.  Her love for training agents, educating clients, and an unending passion for homes kept her purchasing her own investments alongside helping clients find their perfect home or start investing.  She's always ready to chat about the pros and cons of buying and selling, no matter what the market conditions may be.


 Throughout the years, technology and streamlining the details of moving or investing all came with the certainty there would be a need for home remodeling and repair services.  Her network grew and finding the needs of keeping it all under one roof became a necessity when 2020 and the pandemic hit.  HomeCo was born.
