About Diann

Diann’s real estate experience began when she was a Freshman in college through rehabbing properties for long term rentals, or for re-sale (which is now known as flipping). Diann received her Bachelors degree from the University of South Carolina, then immediately obtained a real estate license - putting her focus of marketing and business law to work in real estate. In the years since; As director of her family’s property management company, Diann personally managed over 120M in client’s long-term real estate assets. Diann values time with family and friends most - and that passion translates into a true desire to help families find and sell their homes. Diann’s successful representation of her buyers and sellers in Brevard county has kept her business successful and expression of her very happy clients in the top of Brevard Realtors for the past several years. By utilizing her own marketing and sales model, Diann personally customizes marketing plans, to the unique characteristics each of her client’s properties.  Diann’s passion for interior design and understanding of current market trends has led to her successfully project managing over 150 home remodels. These projects range from small floors and doors projects, to complete frame up projects. Diann enjoys using her design skills to maximize a homes square footage and profit potential! Diann loves to travel! She has been to all the major (and many smaller) US cities. She drove from Orlando to San Francisco and stopped at all points of interest along the way. Her foreign travel includes Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and the Far East. Diann finds the various architecture and cultures of the world inspiring.
