About Manuel

I was born in a very small city in the northern states in Peru (Talara Piura) The Doctors told my parents I was not gonna make it. I was born with a very strange illness and the Doctors did not know the name of it or how to treat it.

Six months later after my birth the Doctors did not know why I was still alive. My mother told me when I was 7 years old that she prayed for me and I got green light to stay in Planet Earth.

When my mother told me that i was born very ill I made up my mind that day I was gonna become an athlete and make them proud of my physical abilities.

I became a MVP in soccer during my middle school years and then the military coup in Peru made my parents ship me to Saint Paul, Brazil.

During my high school years in Brazil I received a soccer scholarship MVP with an American Accredited High School. It was then that I decided to come to America to study and get a degree. I got accepted by a college in Tampa, Florida (Saint Leo College) at the time I got accepted I did not know this College was ranked number one in the Nation for (Party and Party).

I did not like the weather in Florida so I decided to transfer to Woodbury University in Los Angeles, California during the summer vacation (1977) I went to San Jose CA to meet my first cousins and worked for 4 months in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. I wanted to buy a sport car in Los Angeles but I end up buying a Vega.(budget issues) I decided to become a Banker during my sophomore year at school and Bank of America hired me in a heart beat!! That was my biggest mistake but at the same time my best timing to meet my soul mate.

After 10 years of Banking I became a Banking Independent Contractor and sold automation for Regulatory Reporting (2900 Federal Reserve forms) I knew then my heart was 100% entrepreneur. Thank God for a business opportunity that was offered to me during a slow season.  I got 40% of American Steel Connectors LLC. and then became the 51% owner and then the Fabrication and Distribution of metals was mine.

I retired at 53 years old and moved to northern Arizona but then i saw everyone running like a chicken with no head. That's when being retired i got me a Real Estate License and made a lot of money so much I was giving my commission to my clients.

Well in 2007 the Real Estate Market crash (subprime meltdown) and I lost a lot of money. Now after 18 years of retirement I'm coming back to give not only some of my commissions but to help America.
