(3) If you are a Foreign Investor, I will provide guidance to ensure a smooth transaction


For Commercial Property Sellers:
(1) I will sell your Commercial Property for a 2% commission (If there is not another Broker involved)

(2) Provide full service including advertising on all major websites and MLS

As a Florida Real Estate Broker, I have represented both Buyers and Sellers in consummating real estate transactions in Central and West Florida.  These transactions involved Rental Homes, Retail Plazas, Medical Office Buildings, and Multi-Family properties.
