About Marcetta

Marcetta Dyer, I have been an active Real Estate Broker for over thirty years.  My Mother was in real estate in Orlando, Florida for over 40 years. I began my real estate career  in Property Management. Starting as a Leasing Agent and ending as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Training for Resource Residential.  I oversaw operations of 50,000 units then started a training and marketing department with three assistants that trained employees across the United States.  I decided to practice what I preached in sales and began selling residential real estate in 2012.  I was a Broker/Agent for Coastal Properties Group, affiliated with Christy’s International for ten years before I relocated to Sarasota from Redington Shores, Florida and joined Exit King Realty in Lakewood Ranch.  My husband joined my team, being a former CPA and President of Monumental General Insurance Group. He has recently acquired his Broker Licence in North Carolina and still assists me in Florida.  I am a member of Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and Accredited Buyers Representative. 

I pride myself in going the “Extra Mile” for my clients and making sure that the stress of buying or selling is reduced. I listen to my clients and share their wants and needs to find their perfect dream home.  I reside in Lakewood Ranch, Florida and part time in Maggie Valley, NC with my husband and two Border Collies, Maggie Mae and Lucy.
