About Tiffany

Tiffany L. Miles is a multi-million dollar producing Realtor and Associate Broker serving Triana, Madison, and the greater Huntsville Metro area. She relocated to North Alabama in 2011 from the Washington, DC Metro area and has since developed a strong connection to the communities, growth, and opportunities that make the region such a desirable place to call home.

Having grown up in a military family, Tiffany experienced diverse communities and housing markets across the country. That background gave her a personal understanding of relocation, the importance of finding the right community, and the emotions and logistics that often accompany a major move. She brings that perspective to her work with military families, clients relocating to North Alabama, and families navigating significant life transitions.

Tiffany has worked in real estate since 2017 and previously served as the Qualifying Broker for the Revolved Realty Madison office. In that role, she provided leadership and guidance to real estate professionals while helping ensure transactions were handled accurately, ethically, and professionally.

She also served on the Town of Triana Planning and Zoning Committee, giving her valuable insight into local development, responsible growth, and the future of the community she specializes in serving.

Tiffany particularly enjoys managing complex real estate transactions, including situations in which a client must sell an existing home while purchasing another. These transactions require careful coordination among buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, inspectors, appraisers, and closing professionals. Tiffany specializes in developing a clear strategy for the timing, financing, contingencies, and closing requirements so each part of the transaction works together.

Her attention to detail, understanding of contract requirements, and ability to anticipate potential obstacles allow her to guide clients through transactions that may feel overwhelming without the right representation. She believes her role is not simply to facilitate a sale, but to create and manage a plan that protects her clients’ interests and helps them move successfully from one home to the next.

As the mother of an autistic child, Tiffany also has a personal connection to the Autism and special needs communities. She is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and their families, sharing inclusive resources, and helping families feel understood and represented. That perspective shapes the way she serves her real estate clients, particularly those who may benefit from patience, flexibility, clear communication, or a home and community that better support their family’s individual needs.

Outside of real estate, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her children, reading, and walking along the Greenway.
