About Michael

Michael A. Brulé is a Tampa Realtor®, licensed in Florida since 2004 to represent buyers and sellers.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida and an MBA. Before focusing on real estate, he spent a decade in healthcare sales and market development — including finishing as the top account manager in the country and later representing providers across 39 states in regulatory and legislative issues in the healthcare sector largely revolving around reimbursement. That work was negotiation, numbers, and staying with a deal until it closed. He brings the same approach to every transaction.

Michael lives in South Tampa and works listings and buyer searches all across Tampa Bay. Buyers get straight talk on value, condition, and what a house will actually cost to own.
